The iSense® sensory machine bearing system offers an innovative solution for monitoring and optimising machines for machine users and machine manufacturers.

Data acquisition, analysis, visualisation and remote access

High-precision sensors at the interface between the machine and foundation record parameters such as forces and accelerations. The visualisation of this data in a real-time dashboard gives you an immediate and in-depth insight into the behaviour and condition of your machine.

Type A:

Detection of forces from 4,905 N (500 kg) to 58,860 N (6000 kg)

Type B:

Detection of vibration accelerations in 1 to 3 spatial directions. ± 1dB: 1-10 000 Hz / ± 3dB: 0.4-20 000 Hz

Type C:

Recording of forces and vibration accelerations in 1 to 3 spatial directions.

Type D:

As type C with second sensor element for vibration measurement (e.g. for recording the vibration at the installation site, for calculating transfer functions)
