Impact insulation EUMUCO forging press

Vibration and impact insulation of forging presses Fabr. EUMUCO-HASENCLEVER with isoloc Press Bearing Systems Type D-F2-D.

The transmission of impact-like, transient and periodical disruptive forces could be reduced significantly.

Impact insulation EUMUCO forging press

Direct insulation with isoloc Press Mounting Systems HPD500 of an EUMUCO forging press of 4.400 kN. The transmission of impact-like, transient and periodical disruptive forces could be reduced significantly.

Due to the direct insulation between press and press foundation the vibrations have been reduced significantly. At other presses which were installed in a fixed manner the foundations have been damaged because of the extensive dynamic load –and high supporting forces causing cracks, foundation settlements and anchor bolt fractions. Isoloc Original Press Bearing Systems are a relatively simple and economical solution to avoid foundation damages. Thanks to their adjustability, the foundation hardly needs any change.

Impact insulation FARINA forging press

Vibration insulated setup of a FARINA forging press on 4 mounting points. The transmission of the impact-like residual forces sent out by the press was reduced significantly. Because of the very high damping of the new HD3 press bearing systems, the swing-off period of the press after forging is very short.

Press data:
Total weight 1,500 kN
Press force 20,000 kN

Impact insulation EUMUCO forging press

Source insulation of an EUMUCO forging press on 4 mounting points. The transmission of the impact-like residual forces sent out by the press was reduced significantly. Because of the very high damping of the new HD4-G press mounting systems, the swing-off period of the press is very short.

Since 2012, the forging press has been working to the customer's full satisfaction.

Press data:

Total weight 1,800 kN
