insulation panels IPL for the insulation of vibrations, impacts
and structure-borne sound
ISOLOC panels are used today in many industrial fields, also as
construction elements within machines as they are available in all
shapes and dimensions. They have been utilized in many industrial
fields for already many years and have been proved under hardest
operating conditions. Our products are made on elastomere basis
and have been optimized according to the special requirements of
the vibration insulation and machine installation technology.
Properties
With our special colour guide system you can distinguish easily
the various types according to different technical criteria, e.
g. best elasticity and damping or best level retention, such as
IPL30 (armed material) up to 500 N/cm² maximum loadability.
The connection of different ISOLOC insulation panels to vibration
insulation packs (IPK) brings totally new and interesting technical
solutions. High friction coefficients make possible
a widely free installation of machines and systems.
Oil/chemical/aging resistance
High resistance to chemicals such as lyes, acids is for ISOLOC insulation
panels no problem, especially to organic and anorganic lubricants.
This includes also hydraulic media with low inflammability, cleaning
agents etc. and for use under oil troughs. All panels are very resistant
to aging.
