An EUMUCO forging press MP4000 for the first time on elastomere pads

MP4000 on 02/01/2001,
on 26/12/2001 a second EUMUCO press, weight 2.900 kN, was also installed on ISOLOC press installation systems.

Requirements:
Residential houses in a distance of approx. 500 m were disturbed very seriously by the work of the machine. Due to partly unfavourable geological conditions (swamp) very low-frequent vibrations (approx. 6,3 Hz) were mostly transmitted without damping.

ISOLOC-equipment:
Four ISOLOC press installation systems determined according to the position of the centre of gravity of the press.
